It's been months and no check from the US gov for the $600 stimulous. It wasn't directly deposited or anything. I received my tax refund months ago- but no stimulous. Should I take action? If so, who do I contact?

  1. you are sure you qualify for the rebate, you already check the IRS stimulus calculator and gave you the amount you qualify for and when to expect the rebate?  And you already check the IRS website "wheres my stimulus"

Then contact IRS at 1-866-234-2942 or 1-800-829-1040; 1-800-829-0922

  2. First of all, $600 is the max, not everyone gets that.  For people who are eligible it's at least $300, and can be up to $600.

There can be a lot of reasons why you wouldn't be eligible, a few reasons why you wouldn't get it even if you are eligible, and a few reasons why you wouldn't have it YET but will still get it.

Start by entering the info from your tax return at http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/start.do to see if you are eligible.

  3. Have you met all of the requirements to receive a stimulus check?  If so, you need to call the IRS.  Go to the IRS website to get the information.
