I do.  I have a missionary over seas and love getting hand written letters.

I think it is much more personal.

Only when my family was alive. Now if I receive a letter, or even an e-mail, it is more often than not a bill.

Oh Yes, I still send hand written letters to friends across the US. It's fun and it's spontaneous, I love waiting for something special for me to come in the mail.

Yeah I miss them so much! It's sad that in the future generation, children will not realize the delight of recieving a letter! I love letters and they will never grow old<3

Definitely. I think handwritten letters were a lot more personal. Email sucks! :[

Yes, letters are nice.  Much warmer than an e-mail.  Unfortunately, most people feel that it takes too long to write and send a letter by hand (that's why it's called 'snail mail' now!).  And you don't need to put a stamp on an e-mail.  However, I do think it's sweet to write 'real' letters and when someone writes me one, I always make sure to write them back in the hope that they'll send me another! :)
