I didnt understand the first chaper of breaking dawn! The end about bella and edward where in their "Happy place"

  1. no, just Bella was in her "happy place."

    in times of stress situations people are often told to "go to their happy place" a place in one's mind where they are most at ease and/or "happy"... in this case Bella really didn't want to be fussed over so she went into her happy place which, for Bella, includes Edward.
