Diego Maradona may manage at Blackburn Rovers
Reports claim that the Indian owners of Blackburn Rovers are interested in signing the Argentinean legend Diego Maradona to coach for their football team in the English Premier League.
It has been revealed by sources that after the sacking of Sam Allardyce, Maradona will be given the leash to operate at Ewood Park and lead Rovers to a better campaign.
The Rao brothers, owners of Blackburn Rovers are currently promoting their club with a Manchester City-like-campaign. They are trying to buy in expensive in order to improve their reputation.
Now reports have suggested they might be signing one of the most controversial figures in the world of football, notorious striker and a former Argentinean manager Maradona.

Maradona would indeed be a thrilling manager to witness in the English Premier League. If he does manage to come at Blackburn then his tactics and antics would be interesting to see.
The La Albiceleste man has often been known to be an enigma who will do all to win a match. During the World Cup, he was known to use outrageous and unique methods to boost team confidence and unity. But on the other hand he has
also used strange and difficult tactics that were incomprehensible to his players.
For instance, one player described one of his practices as making a run from the half line and dribbling all the way till the end of the box where the player should either make a strike or pass the ball to an available player.
This has lead to many experts doubting Maradona’s ability to become a manager. Nonetheless, Maradona will accomplish the popularity stunt for Blackburn Rovers till they reach their satisfaction levels.
Maradona has previously played at the Italian club Napoli and the Spanish club Barcelona. In the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, he managed his beloved homeland Argentina but was unsuccessful in gaining results.
Till now, Maradona has never managed a European club though apart from Argentina the 50-year-old has managed at a couple of clubs, mainly in Argentina. Now however with reports being revealed it is expected that in the near future
a role in European football will be found for him even if it’s not at the managing level.
An official from the club stated on the issue, “Maradona is seen as the right profile for the VH Group. He could be offered the manager’s job, the general manager’s job or even technical director.”
