Diego Scolari is all set to seal a sterling success in the high-profile contest of Bettor.Com 1.5% Starting Commision Sprint Trophy which will be held at Shawfield racecourse on Friday night, April 13.
The Open Race over a distance of 300 meters contains mammoth prize money worth £1500. This is indeed one of the costliest races that have taken place since the dawn of 2012.
As the actions begin at 21:05 (GMT), the K. Macari-trained black dog will break from Trap 6 with an intention to outpace his five potential competitors including You Mind Me, Jumeirah Dubai, Lampard, Cuil Jaguar and Skywalker Gold.
Diego Scolari has been delivering impressive performances since making his debut in December 2011. The three-year-old young runner finished 3rd each in the first two races of his career.
During February 2012, the son of Droopys Scolari out of Sarges Zena accomplished a fabulous hat-trick. He went ahead to bag two runner-up ranks along with a classic triumph in the month of March.
The maverick hound elegantly accomplished top spot in his last outing on April 7---this was his maiden venture at the track where he is going to show his guts again tonight.
Overall, the talented dog’s track record is marvellous. The way he fought in his last trip perked up his confidence level to a great extent.
As far as Sprint Trophy is concerned, Diego Scolari will surely be able to unleash an invincible run and browbeat his opponents daringly. His chances to finish first are as high as 90 percent.
Out of the hot favourite hound’s competitors, Jumeirah Dubai and Cuil Jaguar are also likely to do well in the race.
Jumeirah Dubai won three races in a row during March 2012. The J. Calvert-trained black dog stepped forward to finish first in his last start on April 7. Overall, he has a number of epic feats to his credit.
On the other hand, Cuil Jaguar bagged a couple of consecutive victories during January-March 2012. A. Dawson’s black dog again won two races in a row during the first decade of April.
You Mind Me is also expected to make a big impact in the race. Thus, the event will be packed with twists and turns. Let us see who gains what. Good luck to all the contestants.
