If Diego can take down Alves he will win. Sanchez has MUCH better stand up than Hughs so I think Diego will use that to get the fight to the mat.

After Alves' knockout of Matt Hughes, I became a believer that he is a contender in the welterweight division. Alvez has a better camp and he's a knockout artist. He's on a hot streak right now.

Matters if Diego can take Thiago down. If he can turn it into a grappling match then Diego has a good chance of winning. If he cant take Thiago down well Diego is in big trouble.
