Diet Coke? and Diet Soda's?

I drink alot of diet sodas in general mainly because it helps replace meals i know i shouldnt do that but i do.

what does the sodium in diet sodas do you your water weight?

take water pills.......Antthing you drink packs on water wieght

excess sodium will cause you to retain water.  Check out Diet Rite - I think it is sodium free.
