Be careful because even though many say natural remember cocaine is natural. L-Carnitine is the best. research it and make your own decision. It's just an amino acid and can raise blood pressure e little,but it transports long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. this means that it burns fat. Start slow after talking to your doctor if needed.

Let me tell you that if your looking for a high effect.... expensive diet pills contain the same amount of caffeine as cheap caffeine pills. 200mg... So no-doz, jet-alert etc. would be better. 1 caffeine pill on empty stomach is pretty noticeable.  

But prescription diet pills I have no idea.
