  1. Before you decide to consume any diet pills or supplements, it is advisable that you consult your doctor first. Different diet pills work in different ways for different weight problems. 2. it depends for every person.

  3. Diet pills do work but they are a very unhealthy way to try to lose weight. Try sticking to eating healthy 6 small meals or 3 moderate meals every day with healthy food. Junk food is not healthy so don't eat very much of that. Try to stick to the food pyramid. And eat a lot of grains. those are the things that your body needs most of as it contains most of the nutrients your body needs. Also try to have at least 2 types of fruit and vegetables a day as well. They are very healthy for you. But don't refrain to diet pills. they can harm your body in many ways.

  4. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

  5. They used to work well, especially ephedrine, you can't get original ephedrine formulas anymore.

  6. Yes, u could try sibutramine which is quite safe and really works.

Another pill is Fentermine but it may b dangerous, so I wouldn't recommended unless U R really big and only for a short period of time (3 months)

    Ask a dr

    good luck
