Diet Plan Please!?!!!?

Right, Im 11 and i need a diet plan!

I need on that doesnt look to 'Diety' infront of friends but one thats keep me full and with some excersize it will lose weightr and tone muscle!

If anyone can do it YAHOO CAN!

  1. Well what I did is ate a healthy breakfast, like a bowl of cereal and then an apple and some grapes or something.

    Then for lunch I would have LOTS of sandwiches, from bologna to peanut butter.

    Then for dinner I sorta just had whatever my Mom made xD

    Um, but try and cut down on the PORTION of food. and maybe take some walks or a bike ride after dinner?
