Right,

I'm am obese and I'm looking to lose lots of weight.

I have thought out this plan, don't know if this is too much, but here goes.. (2 Hour Sessions)

Monday AM: Jogging

Monday PM: Gym

Tuesday AM: Relax

Tuesday PM: Swimming

Wednesday AM: Jogging

Wednesday PM: Gym

Thursday AM: Relax

Thursday PM: Swimming

Friday AM: Jogging

Friday PM: Gym

Saturday AM: Swimming

Saturday AM: Relax

Sunday AM: Relax

Sunday AM:Swimming

My diet is going to be full of protein and carb's. Going to be drinking lots of water, with vegetables and fruit as snacks.

How much do you think I'll lose within that amount of time every week and any suggestions on websites which can help me

Also I sometimes am lazy and think can't be bothered. How can I motivate myself not to be like that.

Thanks

Sean

  2. I am not a diet or fitness expert or anything but all I can say is that this sounds like far too much to start with.

Do you do a lot of exercise already?

The thing is that if you go from doing none to that much its not only going to be physically very hard to do, it will also be really hard to keep up and so you are more likely to fail. Also, again not an expert, but if you are obese surely doing this much exercise when you're not used to it will put your heart under strain?

Have you researched it and visited your doctor or anything?

It would be better -in my humble opinion- to build up the amount of exercise slowly, so that your body gets used to it and you can slowly get into your new routine.

Well, good luck with the weight loss

  3. first of all don't call it a diet, because by going on a diet it means u will go off a diet, make it a new lifestyle and what you are doing is great but u may need to cut back on a few things like the jogging as with all the exercise ur body is not getting enough of ur normal food, if u wanna burn it off quick... well u can't it takes time so don't push urself too hard, simply take it steady and do jogs and swimming but dont worry too much on the food just read the lables and check the calories and see what u need to burn off, also after ur sweaty run try doing some crunches or push ups to get the muscles pumping more and for a more intense work out. hope this helps
