Does Anyone Have Any Good Diet Tips To Help Me Lose Weight && Any Good Tips For Will Power!?

  1. Put a pic of ur self that u dont like on the junk food press drink lots of water and walk every where!!


  2. 1. don't go on a stravation diet! Really unhealthy!

    2.When you serve you food make sure at least half the plate is fruit or veg, a quarter is starch (potatoes, bread etc) and a quarter is meat or fish!

    3. Try to eat red meats less, but don't avoid them totally, you'll need iron

    4. Go to the gym or swim, maybe take a bicycle or walk to work/school instead of driving

    5. Put an elastic band on your arm (like a bracelet, and NOT too tight- You'll cut off blood flow) and when you get a hunger pang in between meals- flick it LIGHTLY... Eventually you will lose these pangs

    6. get into a routine, then your body will get used to eating only at meal times and only having HEALTHY (fruit or veg) Snacks in between

    7. Try unusual and different food ideas, Like  an unusual fruit

    8. Drink 2L of water a day (8 glasses)

    9. enjoy desserts and sweet foods in moderation!


  3. its all about focus/determination - im male, 24, 5'10 and weighed near 12 stone 6 or so weeks ago - i just used the treamill everyday along with some sensible eating - cutting out pretty much everything bad and im now down to 11 stone 3 and will prob be in the 10's end of this week
