Diet and Exercise plan??

I need to go on a diet but i dunno what to do i want to slim down on my arms and legs but not so much the tummy also does runing and/or walking help to get your legs in shape?

  1. You can't target weight loss at a specific body part. You lose wight from where your genetics dictate.


  2. Hi it is well publicised that diets are not worth the paper they're written on. I propose that  you have a look at http://www.newloseweight.com its a fantastic site with lots of advice and it's all free. I lost 8 pounds in five weeks by taking their advice
