I'm 17, 5ft 8/9 and 9st 4. I only want to lose 5 lbs.

A) Whats your age?

B) Height?

C) Current and goal Weight?

D) Method of dieting IE yo yo, crash, healthy & speed of weightloss desired, fast or slow?

    150lbs goal= 135

    running / pilates eating healthy  


  2. A- i'm fifteen.

    B- around 5'6"

    C- i'm around 140, i want 135-130

    D- i eat five small (healthy) meals a day and exercise for at least an hour a day, and do yoga....

    i was around 150 when i started all this,

    it went pretty fast,

    i can't complain,

    and don't do any stupid crash diets,

    stick with the healthy eating and exercise, it's best for you...

    and this would probably work wonders, especially if you have a low metabolism like me...

    C) currant: 155, goal: 150

    D) regular sleep, balanced meals with minimal snacking, workout: RopeSport (jump-roping) for about an hour/day. Slow weight-loss.

    Current weight 108 pounds which is 7 stone 9 pounds

    and i wanna lose 9 pounds at the moment

    water fasting is great you will lose it and you will lose 5 pounds in about 3 maybe 4 days x
