i want to be slim before december starts can somebody teach me how?

  2. You can lose 64 lbs before the month of december. You just need to eat fewer calories with more nutrient and exercise!

  3. Okay, the true answer, whether it's popular or not.

    1. Avoid all foods of animal origin.

    2. Avoid processed, refined or fried foods.

    3. Pig out on what's left: wholegrains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.

    4. Exercise a bit.

    If you treat your body naturally like this (as it was meant to be treated!), you will go down to and maintain a stable weight, whether you want to or not.
