I'm going to be joining the Marines and I wanted to know a typical diet for a Marine. Now I don't want you to say clean foods like no fried foods, greasy foodsetc. etc. etc. If you could just say hat you typically had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thanks a lot.

  1. in boot camp you get 3 square meals. they include your basic food groups and the "proper" serving of each. If you chow on junk food, you will get to know the sand pit quite well. breakfast is things like, pancakes, waffles, eggs, you know, regular breakfast chow. Lunch, you got your meats, veggies, MAYBE something fried, but unlikely. they serve fish, sirloin steaks and what not (NOTE: you wont get the GOOD steak till after the crusible). Its really just your regular square meals. they dont really do fried, or greasy chow. that kind of chow will end up making a guest apperance on the pt field or on the O-course when you over exert yourself.

  2. nails, sulpher, various pieces of cars, gasoline and for desert....human flesh

  3. I cant really remember. No junk food, thats 4 sure. same thing u would get in hosp.no soda either. but after u eat (chow) at ur squad bay, they used 2 make us drink & drink water until we all were throwing it up.Drill Instructors used 2 call it ( getting our chow back)
