I am also wanting to change my diet, so some advice on that.

I have a DP Gympac 1500. For any body who knows what that is, how often should I use it a day?

Also, My face is COVERED in pimples. I'm in real need of something there. What should I do. How do I tell what are scars, and what aren't? Please help me! Thanks!

  1. First of all you have to delete all fried foods from your life. They are dangerous for your arteries anyway.

    Grill or bake your food.

No sweets, cakes, cookies, biscuits, chips, and junk snack. Nothing high in calories.

Run an hour a day. 30 minute in the morning. 3o minutes before you sleep by an hour.

Your breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, half the total amount of calories you consume each day. Why? because the more you eat in the morning, the bigger the sign will be to your digestive system saying,"DIGEST THAT FOOD''. that will speed your metabolism which is the only way you'll lose weight.

    Try varying your work outs.

    Don't go over 1200 calories a day. Try burning 300 a day.

When you're craving or feel hungry, eat negative calorie foods.

Avoid sugary foods and fatty foods and high calorie foods.

Eat alot of fiber and protein containing foods.

Cut out red meats and go for white meats that are thin without skin and fat.

And don't forget to work out!

  2. I have a gympac 1500 too. First, get a book on bodybuilding. You need to learn how to correctly do the exercises so that 1. You don't hurt yourself and 2. doing exercises the right way will work the muscles you want to work. If you're just starting out. You will need to start with an all over exercise program to strengthen all of your core muscles in your torso. After that you can decide on which body parts you want to build and go from there. A good book will teach you what you need to know about exercises, how much weight to use, how often to train. It will also have routines and methods of training you can use to reach your goals. It also covers nutrition.

As for you wanting to lose weight. What you really want to lose is body fat. If you build muscle you will gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. This means you can't go entirely by your weight in the beginning. You can and will probably increase in weight yet you will be smaller. Muscle takes up less space than fat. Building muscle also increases your metabolism which inturn will burn the fat off of your body. Theres a lot more I could say but really get a good book on the subject. Try "Weight Training Steps to  Success" by Thomas R.Baechle and Barney R.Groves. I have read several and this one seems to be the most informative I've found for my needs.

Now on to diet.Drink at least 8, 8ounces of  cold water through out the day.  This will help your liver to get toxins out of your body and help it to metabolize the fat.It will also help your skin. For now I would recommend you cut out refined carbohydrates and go with less processed ones. When you eat carbs eat protein with them. If you eat 15 grams of carbohydrates eat 7 grams of protein either before, with, or shortly after you eat the carbs. This will help prevent insulin levels from spiking and telling your body to store fat.  Eat breakfast to start your metabolism working.

Pimples: You need a product for acne that contains either Benzol peroxide or Salicyclic acid. The ingredient is listed on the back of the tube. Salicylic acid can be very drying but it can reduce redness while drying up the acne. It comes in different strengths too.

Benzol peroxide can be very irritating causing redness and peeling. If you've never used to it start out with a product with a lower strength of it. These also come in store brands. Its the same stuff only a lot cheaper. Why spend more money to do the same job if you don't have to. You might want to try a lower strength cleanser to wash you face with and then get a stronger product to spot treat the zits. Be aware though that when you first start using these products more zits may appear. When that happens  these are ones that have aleady started to form under the skin and you are making them come out.Be patient and continue to use the product. With continued use the red spots that the healed zits leave will clear too. leaving you with some nice clear skin. Once you've got your skin cleared up continue using the acne medicine. Acne is incurrable and will return if you stop taking care of your skin. Take before during and after pics too. That way, if you feel like you're not making any progress you can look at the pics to see how far you've come. I'm not recommending any particular product but now there is also a shave cream by OXY that is advertised to be good for teenage guy skin. I haven't tried it so I don't know how well it works.

Skin without scars is smoothe. If you've ever cut yourself and it healed leaving  a mark where the wound was. Thats a scar. OH and DO NOT PICK PIMPLES. When they leave scars its like little holes in your skin. If your  face skin isn't smooth its probably scarred called poc marks from acne. If these are what you are asking about. There are now a lot of places that do skin resurfacing that can greatly improve the appearance of scars. You need to be careful when choosing someone to do this because if they are not good at what they do it can make skin look worse. Hope this helps. if you're still not sure google acne scars and you will probably find pictures of what they look like.

  3. A diet for a 16 year old isnt too different of that from an older person. Only thing is, its actually a lot easier for a younger person to shed the pounds, BUT younger people have more access to the junk foods at school and at home and less self control to NOT eat them.

I notice one of the major problems tends to be school. If your school is serving cookies, pizza, burgers and fries, then avoid those at all costs! Like your life depends on it! Because it does :P Start packing lunch and bring something made from home or made from EARTH. A small turkey sandwhich, a few of your favorite fruits (dried too!) and maybe even an oatmeal bar of some sort. Exercise is also what will help you. You can diet all you want, but all this will do is keep you at your current state. You have to exercise to burn the excess fat and calories in your body.

The acne could also be from the junk foods, but it could also be just hormones. Its typical for kids your age to develop scarring acne. Staying on the computer too much has been proven to cause acne btw. The computer screen emits some type of electrical chemical of some sort that causes one to break out horrible, ESPECIALLY if they are using the computer late at night.

Just dont give in to the junk and research healthy foods! Look them up on google, wikipedia, and even the local market. Good luck.

  4. 155 is very average for a boy your age. but it depends on ur height, it your shorter than 5 6 than that might be chubby, it your taller than 511 thats a little too thin.

take plenty of vitamin c that might help. eat fruit (strawberries, kiwi, oranges etc) also buy acne products. also, never ever pick or roughly touch the pimples because that can cause scarring.
