Diet for cross country

I'm running cross country and I'm wondering what a good diet is I'm not over weight I'm underweight. i want to gain about 10 pound too.

  1. Nutritional food will do the deal, like fish, pasta, meat etc. They are good source of proteins and carbos!


  2. Carbs and Proteins

    Pasta, rice, potatoes, chicken, steak, eggs.

    I doubt your going to actually GAIN weight running cross country.

  3. Tons of Carbs, and for gaining weight Protein.  

  4. Eat red meats unless its the night before a race. On the night before, chicken or fish with pasta. No dairy products within 24 hours of the race.
