Diet for cutting, i want to see my abs?

I'm kinda bulky and a bit chunky. I've been working hard on the abs, and now even though i've got flab over them you can see where they would be. Whats a good diet for keeping muscle mass but losing the fat?

    Keep doing you ab training, but also incorporate some aerobic exercise. Anything with lots of movement.

    The aerobic exercise will take off the fat, and the ab training will keep your abs in check.

    It will help you loose the thin layer of fat so that you can start to see your abs.

  6. To loose the weight, go out and jog for a good hour. You have to loose the weight before defining your abs. It is a good idea to cut back on the "junk" food and replace it with healthier nutritious foods. These foods will include salmon, oysters, crab, skinless turkey, tuna, whole grains, yogurt, lots of water, protein drinks (Whey Protein), wheat germ, juices, black/red beans, brown rice, bread...etc. To snake on, try only dark chocolate like coco. If you don't have a way of getting to a thread mill, try a stationary bike at the gym. This is another effective way of loosing the weight.

  7. If your looking for the ultimate ab routine, this is the routine that will help give you the six or eight pack that your looking for.

    Items Needed

    The following items needed for this routine include an ab roller and preferably ten minutes a day.

    Instructions

    First lay flat on the floor with your head on the head rest of the ab roller, then slowly semi crunch for 300 reps.

    Then you will put your feat straight up in the air with your lower back laying flat on the floor, with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller.

    While positioned this way you will then proceed to do 300 reps which will work the lower abs.

    You will then turn on your right side with your head still positioned on the head rest of the ab roller and do 300 reps. Then you will lay on your opposite side repeating the process you have performed on your right side, repeating the same amount of reps.

    You will need to do this every day for a total of ten minutes a day for about six to eight weeks.

    to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

    Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit.

    Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon  and a fruit.

  8. well i was in the same spot you were last year during high school but i found this awesome workout on youtube called (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJGlP-Z21...   ). But you also have to for for atleast a 30 min run every day. i play football so it was easy for me to loose the weight cuz i'm running back but you also can try not eating junk so eat alot of natural food like apples grapes etc instead of chips and other junk food and try to drink alot! of water cuz you won't be soo hungry.
