so I got some diet pills today. I've decided to only take bites of food throughout the day and take the pills. I have an ex friend who did this and got REALLY skinny in 3 months. Anyone else do this?

Please, dont lecture me on not eating either..but its my only choice.

  1. Doesn't bad as long as you are eating and drinking something through out the day. Sounds like what i need..Whats the pill?

  2. The quicker you lose the weight the quicker it comes back.  Take the pills the healthy way, with a good eating plan and exercise program.  Plus everyone is different!

  3. Yes it works. Don't listen to people who are going to try and tell you what you are doing is wrong and not the way to lose weight.

The truth is: you will lose weight like this!!

Obviously it's not healthy but neither is being overweight.

  4. if you go about losing weight the easy/unhealthy way, you will put it all back on +some in no time.

    be careful

  5. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

  6. I had a friend who lost 85 pounds in a year by eating enough calories because too little is just as bad as too many.

  7. Instead of not really eating, you should eat a little less than what you would normally eat, and excersize allot. You don't even have to lift weights, just walk around the park or something.

  8. I don't think it sounds like a great idea, but I'm not a fan of miracle cures in pill form...

I would think that eating smaller portions of healthier foods and some exercise would be a better approach for the long term weight loss. Besides, I don't think you can live off diet pills and small bites of food for very long.

And this is your only choice for, what exactly?

Here's some interesting reading on other people's experiences with diet pills and if they work or not, should you buy over-the-counter ones or not, do you mind the side affects or not...

  9. Why take the pills if you aren't going to eat?  Starvation will do the trick by itself, no need to take pills.

  10. I TRIED TO EMAIL YOU BUT IT WON'T LET ME, CAN YOU EMAIL ME AND TELL ME WHICH ONES YOU GOT , I WANT TO GET REAL SKINNY TOOOOOO! PLEASE EMAIL ME... CANDACE.TRIBBLE@YAHOO.COM DONT FORGET TO PUT THE . IN THERE BETWEEN CANDACE AND TRIBBLE

  11. I won't lecture you on your dietry efforts, but i have to preward you about the diet pills.

They are a con, honestly i like you tried them and they really hurt my stomach i developed allergies to certain foods due to the effect that these pills had.

Ditch the pills just cut back your calories and do 30 min excercise when you get your heart rate up a day (ie power walking)

  12. why do you need the pills if you are only eating a bite of food?

  13. i'm not going to lecture you, but be careful. that's dangerous. and no. i maintain my weight because of my metabolism

  14. I havent heard of anyone doing this, but it doesnt sound like a bad idea.

By taking bites throughout the day (of hopefully nutritious stuff) you keep your metabolism going and dont starve (when you starve you slow down your metabolism)

so I think I may try it to- thanks for the idea!

  15. Your head already looks inflated. Are you going for the comical effect?
