i am a high school junior who is very concerned with my weight. I eat healthy, exercise properly (i kinda have to cuz my coaches at school make everyone reall-y work out) until a day comes to the end. I have lots of school works to do everyday and i have to stay up til at least midnight, pretty much everyday during the week. that's the problem. when the time goes after 12, i start eating. i guess not just eat but binge like more than a thousand calories. and that messes me up too while im studying. so.... i want to start taking a type of diet pill (appetite suppressants-- i am not really looking for fat blocker) that really works and safe as well. according to my research Proactol and Trimslim sound pretty convincing so far, but Trimslim sounds like it'd suppress my appetite better than Proactol. Does anyone know a better appetite suppressant or does anyone know about trislim? any suggestion/advice? and where can i buy those besides online?

  1. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. It was a while ago, but I ordered a free sample from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it's been great for helping increase my energy, metabolism, and keeping my body healthy! I've lost weight and I feel much, much better than I did when I was on the pills.

  2. You should try a new capsule that is 100% effective and helps you suppress hunger and control portions like a gastric bypass.

go to http://www.portioncontroller.com and request a free sample

  3. For everyone diet pills works different. I am using Proactol and can say they are the best for me. I have tried before hodiaa, xenadrines... but with no result. I have loss 3kg in under a month which is very good ;). I suggest you if you gonna try any diet pills have a look at their original website and find out if they will afect you in other ways... Also have a look Proactol original website to find out more: HTTP://PR0ACTOL.COM

  4. The reason why you are binging so late is because your body is hungry from you working out and being busy all day. What you need to do is make sure you are getting at least 1500 calories during the day and then when it comes to night you can just go to sleep with a glass of water and an apple or something small but sufficiant. I take leptopril because it does curb my craving and binging around lunch time till 6 or 7 pm. (This is when I'm most likely to eat like crazy!) I do this on top of eating healthy, small portions and working out. I notice it also energizes me. I think the best thing would be to take it at lunch or an early dinner for you. You can use whatever diet pill you like but I like leptopril because it isn't horrible expensive, you can buy it at Walgreens, or CVS, or Wal Mart most of the time and it gives me a little energy when I don't want to study or work out or clean my room or whatever I need to get done. My only suggestion is to avoid anything that makes you feel sick and avoid taking it TOO late because most of them will keep you awake at night if  taken too late. I never take mine after 5pm.

Most pills say to take two pills, three times a day. That is 6 pills total. I only take 2 pills around lunch or early supper time. This gives me a second wind, keeps me from eating ton's of snacks and still allows me to go to bed too.

People on YA will tell you they are unhealthy and bad for you. To tell you the truth thay aren't great but they aren't as horrible as they make them out. You also won't need to take the whole dose that the bottle recomends and that will help out.

  5. Well first of all, I'm glad you're putting some research into it. Many diet pills will just make you get headaches and make you shaky. pretty much all around feel like c**p.

But second, it's not just about dieting and taking diet pills. All you have to do is put out more calories than you eat.

beleve me, I know. I'm poor so I dont eat much and I work job where I am constantly moving around. About a month after I got the job is when I started really dropping my weight.

  6. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )

  7. Dexatrim is a natural diet helper you can buy in the drugstore. It's made from green tea and helps jump-start and boost your metabolism. Also, you can buy Dexatrim Max2O, which are tablets that you stick in a bottle of water. These are fruit flavored and dissolve quickly, and they help you feel full (while also encouraging you to drink water and stay hydrated--a healthy appetite suppressant). It really helps for the times you want to snack between meals.
