  1. Wow, what a bunch of useless answers and spam.

Let me actually answer your question and respond to what others have said here.

First, pills are NOT bad.  That's like saying PEOPLE are bad.   Some people are, but not all.

Same with diet pills -- some are bad, some are not.

Take a look at your ingredients list.  If under the 'Other Ingredients' label it says it contains stearic acid or magnesium stearate, then yes, throw them out -- those are poisonous over time.  I expect the laws will change over the next few years and ban those two ingredients from being included in manufacturing.  BTW, that stuff is used to lubricate the pill making machines.

Next, Hoodia is a natural herb with no proven side effects.  The problem with hoodia is that over 70% of what is on the market is not real hoodia or doesnt work.  I don't know about slimquick hoodia, as I have never heard of it.  I do know the brand Hoodia Prime is getting really good feedback at the CureYourBody forums website although I have never tried hoodia of any kind myself  ( I listed the link in the references so you can ask more questions there if you have any.)

While REAL hoodia may suppress your appetite, it's only a short term solution.  You shouldnt just stop eating because you're going to have that yo-yo effect once you come off.

What I would suggest is that you take hoodia to suppress your appetite for about 30 days, and during that time eat 5 to 6 small meals per day (nothing more than a handful per meal), and you lift weights (yes, as a girl, lift weights), and you're going to find that your metabolism shoots through the roof, and because you are eating 6 times per day, you will have tons of energy, you will store less fat, and you'll get really toned, fast.

Then you can come off the hoodia and not feel so hungry because your stomach will have shrunk to accomodate 6 small meals instead of 2 or 3 large ones per day, so you just wont be able to eat as much.

    Good luck, and great question!

  2. Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism. Here are some free workout videos and other tips to lose weight fast..

  3. Diet pills are not good for you - they contain nasty chemicals which have been linked to cancer and other diseases, and can mess up your body.

The best way to lose weight is by making a lifestyle change. Yes, it's difficult but it's the truth. Bin the high-fat/sugar processed junk, substitute it with fruit and vegetables, reduce your portion sizes and take exercise - cardio, that is; try running, rowing, cycling, kickboxing.

Diet pills and drinks will not help you to keep weight off in the long-term either.

    I wish you luck!

  4. I recommend you quit taking the pills.  They're not going to be good for you at all.

I recommend you pick up a copy of oxygen magazine, some 5-8lb weights (to start) and follow the routines in there.

Make sure you do 3-4 sessions of 30 minutes of cardio - whatever you like, as long as you do it.

  5. Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
