  1. You have to watch "all natural" products as they tend not to have restrictions on them. they can do damage to your body.

I assume that you want to take diet pills to curve your appetite

you want to watch that if they really do work.

you may lose weight but as soon as you stop taking them you will gain it all back plus more.

diet pills can do long term damage to your kidneys and liver.

they can make you jumpy and they can interrupt your sleep.

there is a why to do this by what you eat.

you can lose weight and not be hungery

so there is no bad side effects you just get healthy.

  2. "Natural" does not EVER equal "safe".  Think of all the herbs and plants out there that can make you sick, or even kill you.  Don't take anything unless it has been regulated by the FDA and is approved for over the counter use.  Even still, see a doctor before using them.

Diet pills don't work, if they did, there would be many less overweight people.  Find a dietician and talk about your eating habits, and start exercising.

There is no miracle cure for fat.  You just have to work to get the pounds off.

  3. Just because they're herbal does not mean they aren't still medication.  Diet pills (with the exception of Alli) aren't FDA regulated which means they can put anything under the sun in them (provided it's legal to posses).

On top of that, diet pills don't work.  Period.  Only healthy lifestyle changes will help you lose weight.
