Diet plan help!!!!!!?

hi, my mom is 34 and she wants to go on a diet, but the problem is she cant find one, so can you please type a chart of how much shes supposed to eat?

Recently I read a book called The Abs Diet, by David Zinczenko, and it is the best diet book by far in terms of loosing weight and getting healthy. don't let the name fool you its not all about getting perfect abs, but doing the exercise in the book as well as learning what to eat and when has made me loose weight already, and i feel healthier.

    The reason i know about the book is because its been used as a six week plan to flatten your stomach, this was done in a copy of mens health i still have, and the results were amazing. i would recommend reading this you don't really cut many foods out of your diet its just about eating lots of meals from different groups. the book contains recipes, exercise routines which start off as like 15 min a day, every other day and builds up and has weekly shopping lists and really great ideas. you don't need to follow it exactly but it teaches you to eat well and exercise efficiently.
