  1. Please! Please! Please!

Change your eating habits. You are seriously going to get sick. Bran flakes are good for you, but you need more than that if you want to look good.

    ******************

Here's what you need to eat every day totaling about 1,200 -1,300 calories a day:

    ******************

Whole grains: 5-6 servings (like bran flakes)

    Protien: 5-6 oz

    Dairy products: 2 servings (cups)

    Fruits: 3 servings(cups)

    Vegetables: 2 servings(cups)

Fat (Yes, I said Fat): 1 serving

***I say fat because your body needs it for your skin to look subtle and brilliant. Good fats like omega 3 can be found in avocados, walnuts, almond butter, and salmon.

drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day

    Do some fun exercise

*****Do this and I guarantee you, you will lose weight******

If you have a healthy attitude toward weight loss, you will lose the weight, and keep it off. You can enjoy the foods you love and still fit into your skinny jeans.

It was such a great feeling for me when my skinny jeans were too big.

They just sagged right off my butt, so I had to go buy new clothes... woe is me, ho hum!

  2. You need to ear a balanced diet. If you only eat bran flakes and fruits you'll become anaemic and develop vitamin deficiencies. Your skin will erupt, your breath will stink and your teeth will fall out.

  3. Healthy low calorie eating is not that simple. Mono or single item of food is not a very good choice for healthy nutrition. To stay healthy our body need 3 main macro nutrients: good, high fiber, complex carbohydrate, good protein and good fat.

Bran flakes and fruits are good carbohydrate but we need good protein and good fat too.

Try to learn a little about healthy and balance nutrition and enjoy healthful, beautiful and delicious life.

  4. you dont need to lose any weight. the average weight for your height is 125. and read the side of the box for the calories. i dont know what kind of bran flakes you are eating and which kind of milk.

  5. its about 800 calories anyone eating 800 calories a day would lose weight whether it be cereal of anything else ! A person trying to lose weight often needs 1000-1500 calories a day  to remain healthy while doing it ! Your diet won't have lasting effects because you are doing it quickly but cutting out on extra calories that your body needs! Don't forget that your body needs alot of calories to burn  just being awake ! try the link below and work out how many calories u really need to be having depending on your metabolic rate x

  6. If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy.

  7. who told you that this was healthy?

as already said you will have so many deficiencies in essential nutrients it will be no time at all before you look like amy winehouse.  you are driving your metabolism in to shut down....bran flakes are also stuffed full of hidden sugar and salt.  have a go at this.

    breakfast:

2 eggs on wholemeal toast or porridge with fruit

    2 fish oil capsules

    Fruit juice

    snack:

handful of unsalted mixed nuts / seeds

    lunch:

whoelmeal pasta with chicken/beef/fish + veg or salad

    snack:

    fruit x 2

    dinner:

    lean meat w/veg

    snack:

    humous and pitta bread

Thats easy to do and MUCH healthier than your quite ridiculous bran flakes option.

  8. I like to eat bran flakes, too, as a snack (which probably isn't the best, since most contain high-fructose corn syrup).

The reason I do so is because they taste all right, they're not /too/ unhealthy, and the high fiber content acts as something of a laxative, slightly minimizing weight gain.

But I'm under no impression that this is a healthy thing to overdo.

Look at other ideas for snacks, and mix it up.  Whole foods.  Carrots, veggies, nuts, that sort of thing.  Yogurt, fruit.  Don't go whole-hog on one particular food, no matter what it is.

  9. by only eating one thing and starving yourself your body goes into survival mode and will actually store fat. So now you wont lose weight. You need to cut out carbs, eat protein and vegetables.
