Hi, I would like to lose weight, I searched on the Internet in vain for good tips or recipes. But all the time I see still greasy stuff flashing in front of me. I need a strict diet, but also tips to stay away from sweet stuff and other junk. My problem is that when i am dieting, I don't know what I should eat, it seems to me as if there were nothing to eat... Can someone please give me a tip or suggest a good site or an app, which not only provides tips for diet but also tips on how to stick to it.
