Is there any changes in my physical features in the future when every time i eat my meal and after i stand about 20 minutes?

  1. Absolutely not. The only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than you burn. Standing while (and after) eating will only burn a negligible amount of energy. Better to just toss in an extra 30-minute walk a day and cut out one snack.


  2. i don't mean to burst your bubble but that doesn't even make sense??? it will digest at the same pace whether you are sitting down or standing up
