Diet tips anyone please??

im trying to loose some weight well alot of wieght but if im being honest i have zero will power i loose weight quite fast wen i do but i find it very hard to stick to a diet any tips please xx

  1. Well, if you lose weight when you have will power, you're doing something right. You're not 100% correct though. First of all, it's a lifestlye, not a diet. A healthy lifestyle consists of between 1500-2000 calories a day. I love having sweets almost daily. Don't deprive yourself! If you're craving something, eat it when you crave it or else you'll end up indulging in it 3 times as much in the future. Reserve 200-300 calories a day to indulge. Also, once a week have something really gross for a meal, like cake for breakfast!   haha   : D

    A proper meal is 50% vegetables, 25% protein, and 25% carbs. But since I don't eat perfectly either, I usually only apply that rule to my dinner and sometimes lunch. For breakfast I eat something with dairy, and I incorporate dairy again in either a snack or another meal. Also, don't forget to exercise. At least 30 minutes a day!

    This is my lifestyle. I hope I've helped.  :)       And just so you know, I weigh 89 pounds and I eat like this!

And guess what, it really works!! I'm so happy I've already lost weight, gotten more energy and my stomach is flatter than ever!

  3. Just make better alternatives, like:

    When ordering pizza eat one slice of cheese instead of 2 or 3,

    When ordering a side to the pizza, get a salad instead of the chicken wings,

    When you lose weight, treat yourself with your favorite junk food (I eat a chocolate bar when I lose 5 pounds) This will get you motivated!!

    Eat celery with peanut butter instead of crackers and peanut butter

    Just make small adjustments to your lifestyle so you can stick with it.

  4. you don't need to starve yourself to lose wieght. infact sometimes, you need to eat more protein, to burn the fat!  

    for a workable diet -

    here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent  carb. potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category. 25  per cent protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit ,ideally berries, or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. have a protein shake too, if you want. it will fight the fat and give you extra energy to exercise. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is  permanent loss.  pick an exercise regime you like.  

    get a pedometer and  try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

    My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and also improving nutrient absorption.
