Dietmar Hamann hails Liverpool’s Joe Allen – Football News
Former Liverpool midfielder, Dietmar Hamann, has gone on to hail Joe Allen, as he insists that the young midfielder has a lot of talent and stated that it is only a matter of time before Allen proves his worth
to the team.
Allen went on to join Liverpool from Swansea in 2012 for a fee believed to be around the region of fifteen million pounds. However, the midfielder has failed to perform at the level so far that most expected
him to be performing at.
Hamann feels that this is perfectly normal and it is only a matter of time before the player goes on to stamp his authority on the team’s starting eleven.
“It's a big step up when you go from Swansea to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 but he had a fantastic start," Hamann told the club's official website. “He was absolutely outstanding for the first few months then he missed a couple
of games, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lucas-c22528 has come back in the team - who missed the early parts of the season through injury - and then he found it hard to get back into the team.”

"Now he needs to crack on and take his game to the next level, not only for Liverpool but also for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wales-c3041,” he then went on to add, "I think you will see a lot more from him in the future because he is a terrific player."
This past season, Allen really failed to stamp his authority on the Reds. He seemed to be just a normal player on the squad. At the same time, his injury really took a lot away from him and his progress.
Allen is now going to have to put in a lot of work over the summers, as he looks to regain his fitness and push his boundaries even further.
Liverpool are going to need a prolific midfielder for the coming season, since http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Steven-Gerrard-c34196 might miss out on a number of games due to the surgeries that he is supposed to have. Should Allen prove to be the
player to fill in that void, then he could go on and cement his spot in the Reds’ starting eleven.
