the fact that celebrities swear by them and add popularity to them people use these quick diets, but how healthy are they? many of them cut out a food group completely or they require you to consume excess amounts of a particular food group. can you please explain one of these diets, how they work and the requirements that the dieter has to follow and compare it to the healthy way of eating (pyramid method). then conclude if the diet is healthy or not.

  2. ok well no "get slim fast" diet works. they are also not very healthy because when you cut off entire food groups you cut off a source of nourishment that your body needs. the best and only good diet is not a diet really. it is a commitment to eat healthy.

  3. in short,NO!healthy weight managment is a life long comitment...celebs are paid millions of dollars to sweat out with personal trainers 6 days a week at gyms and hire specially trained chefs to cook mouth watering lowfat low calorie dishes with minimal transfat,...just eat healthy and workout often..celebs are just normal human beings at the end of the day,who may accidentally splurge once in a blue moon leading to a gain of a few pounds,so they force themselves to undergo fad diets like master cleanse or cabbage soup...really silly..
