  1. Cut out carbs/ anything with sugar as much as possible. It's not as hard as it sounds. Substitute Coke with Coke Zero, eat lot's of meat and other sources of protein. The more protein the better. Your body will burn fat to metabolize protein. Of course your fingernails and hair will grow like crazy. Low carb protein shakes are a good suppliment.
