Difference Between Sauna & Steambath?

Hi, can anyone tell me whats the difference between using sauna and steambath? What is their benefits?

  1. Sauna usually has benches and heated rocks in the corner that you throw water onto so the hot air goes up. The more stubborn people sit up top.

    Steambath is usually like a Turkish bath - think of a jacuzzi.

    I personally think sauna is better, then again I have been to Finland twice.
