Difference between Disguised unemployment and involuntary unemployment?

disguised unemployment - technically, it looks like unemployment, but you are deliberately not working.  Example:  a stay at home mom, who is planning on returning to work after the kids are in school.  

Involuntary unemployment - when you want to work, but can't.
