Difference between Facial Foam and Facial Wash.?

My Sister said it was the same and the only difference was that one has foam and the other don't... is that true?

the foam comes out of  the container in a lather making it easier 2 apply.

wash is usually gel / liquid form.

I own a face foam and wash - i find the foam is gentler and the wash gives a more better clean especially after taking makeup off.

The difference would be that a foam is much lighter and gentle approach on the skin. If you have very sensitive skin, foam would be great. Liquid has a more concentrated approach. Depending on your skin type and needs, one formula may work better than the other
