  1. I'd say the ati, but check out XFX 7900GS/GT they rock!!!!!!!!!!!!


  2. Um... I'm not sure, really . The Rage Pro is from the late 90's, but was actually decent at the time. It was widely supported in games, and was a decent solution in general. The Intel Extreme graphics was anything but Extreme when it came out in 2001 or so for the Pentium 4s. It doesn't have a kilobyte of RAM; steals at least 8MB of system RAM just in 2D mode. Its 3D is slow and rudimentary. I wouldn't be surprised if it's about as fast as Rage 128, though, or if it supports a higher Direct X level for newer gaming.

    This is all moot now. A worlds better PCI acellerator costs 20$ on Newegg, and can be had free for the asking on Craigslist. If you're just using 2D, take the Rage. It won't steal RAM, and it may have better video output quality too.
