What are you talking about???  Perhaps a little bit of explanation would help potential answerers.

The larger ERP systems do have HR modules within them.  There is not much difference between the three that you are asking about.  The differences come with the option offered by each software package.

I support various modules within Lawson S3 and we have recently started using the HR, Benefits and Payroll modules (we moved from PeopleSoft).  Most users liked PeopleSoft, but it is more beneficial to us to have these functions within the Lawson system.

From what I am hearing from contacts that use ERPs, the trend is to consolidate as many functions as possible into one system.  This is viewed as money savings option.
