Difference between Oregano and weed???

There is no comparison whatever. Oregano has an unmistakably fragrant smell, is a smallish plant & is used in cooking. 'Weed' as you call it is a much taller plant, different shaped leaves,is highly illegal and is used by fools.

One is used on food, as a spice, the other is smoked. What more of a difference do you need?
