Difference between WMM and Vegas?

I've heard a lot of people say that they like Vegas (6.0, whatever) more than Windows Movie Maker. What's the difference between the two?

I do know the one feature i like is you can speed up/slow down to what you like..download the trial version and see..also goto youtube and enter sony vagas into the search and watch.
