  1. Your question is a little unclear -

Too many variables - penne is a type of pasta, alfredo is a type of sauce.

Chicken and penne could have any sauce on it, so it would taste different depending on which sauce was used (including alfredo sauce).  Chicken and alfredo sauce could be made with any type of pasta.

So it's difficult to see what you're asking.  Why not just eat chicken and penne with alfredo sauce?

  2. Yes chicken Alfredo is in a white Alfredo cheese sauce, usually served with fettuccine, Chicken Penne is served with a tomato based sauce. In my opinion Chicken Alfredo is better. And yes Chicken Penne is an actual dish, its basically just Chicken with Penne Pasta and Tomato Sauce.

  3. well, Chicken Penne is obviously a pasta shape w/ chicken, but that title gives no clue as to the sauce on it.

Chicken Alredo tells you the dish has chicken and an alredo sauce, but does not clarify the pasta shape.

I guess the only thing they have in common is chicken and pasta, really, although technically they could be identical, dpending upon which sauce for one and which pasta for the other you select.

  4. Alferdo is the s**z and chicken penne suck ***.

  5. chicken penne: just chicken and  pasta shaped  the noodles u use in the pool

penne alfredo: the same ppasta with a cream and cheese based sauce

    penne alfredo alll theee wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
