Difference between college education in America vs. Canada?

whats the biggest difference?

well... they say that college education in canada is cheaper, probably even free for universites (people say) but education in US has more oportunity and canada doesnt spend as much in education i guess. They call US "land of opportunity " because of what it is for its education system and chances to become succesful.
