  1. Sounds like yeast to me.  Are they kind of circular?  If so, you can just buy some Lotromin and apply it a couple of times a day to the area.  I did that and her yeast cleared right up.

  2. Hello.Keeping a baby's bottom clean and changed will prevent most diaper rashers.Make sure you clean in all the cracks and creases. Some diaper rashes are caused by the residues of harsh detergents or ammonia in the diapers. If the baby has a flat red rash,it's probably the same fungus as thrush.Paint it with 1% gentian violet,or use Nystatin cream.A bumpy red rash with water blisters on it is probably the ammonia burn mentioned above.Aloe vera gel or calendula cream are helpful for this type of rash.Sometimes babies get a combination of the two types of rashes. If the weather permits, leave the diaper off your baby for a while and sun her bottom.Avoid using disposable diapers with plastic liners or plastic pants over cloth diapers until the rash clears up.Try using two diapers for greater absorption. If you are using cloth diapers, wash them every day with a mild soap.

  3. Sounds like yeast.  The diaper rash usually doesn't have bumps.  It treats really easily with nystatin cream, but you have to get a prescription for it.
