Difference between electrical charges and electrons??

HI there! really need your help! what is the difference between

1) electrical charges and electrons in terms of electricity?

2) how do i define electricity in simple terms?

i am really confused!

  1. 1) There are two types of electric charges positive and negative. The electrons in matter have only Negative charges.

    If you strip a neutral atom of 1 electron you create an ion which has a positive charge and is called cation

    2) electricity is the study of the motions of electric charges and their consequences
