Difference between honda CRX and a Honda CRX SiR?

what differences are there between these two cars if they both have a B16a engine in them

  1. its just the name...some countries call it the sir and some call it the si...


  2. a regular CRX is just a base model like an HX DX EX and such then the sports modle would be the Si which is USDM (united states domestic market) or an SiR which is the canadian version of the Si which is right hand drive and tends to have 10-20 more horsepower and slight cosmetic tweaks such as from lip rear lip spoiler side markers and so on. a base model crx only has a D16. so if it has a b16a someone did a motor swap with it and its the same motor out of

    1988-1991 JDM Honda Integra RSi/XSi (DA6/DA8)

    1988-1991 JDM Honda CRX SiR (EF8)

    1988-1991 JDM Honda Civic SiR (EF9)

    this one has 158hp and the one out of

    1992-1996 JDM Honda CR-X del Sol SiR (EG2)

    1992-2000 JDM Honda Civic SiRII (EG6/EG9/EK4)

    comes with 170.
