    I don't agree with it, but it is the only possible answer by process of elimination.


  2. None of the above.  In fact, since there are multiple partners involved, there is a greater threat of dispute and therefore failure.

    Real life doesn't always accord with a multiple guess test.

    in sole proprietorship, the owner is liable up to his personal properties.
