If someone were to get an F to M s*x-change operation, how physically similar would they be to someone who was born male? Would they be able to walk about topless and no-one tell the difference? Would they have facial hair? Would the genitals be realistic? The facial features be different? The voice sound lower? What differences would he have from a real man?

  1. A transman is a real man, maybe not a bioman, but still a real man nonetheless

Anyway, FTM's do have beards, and thier voice almost always drops. The top surgery, the one that removes the b*****s is usually pretty good, though there is a scar left, and yes they can go out topless if they like. Depending on the quality of the surgeon, the scar can be quite small.

Facial features are usually similar to that of a bioman.

Genitals are usually the only problem area. The genital surgery isn't very good, and are either rather small, or have little function, they usually don't look very realistic

  2. The only noticable difference, unless you looked down their pants, is that they have scars from surgery to remove their b*****s.

  3. Apparently a lot of transmen keep their female parts because of the risks and pain associated with operating, but all the other effe ts would happen anyway. The skin would be coarser too, but there might be scars on the chest from where the b*****s would have been removed

  4. At a guess, I should imagine that it would depend on how one looked in the first place. We've all seen masculine-looking women, and feminine-looking men. So, I suppose a man who has transitioned might concievably appear slightly more feminine in appearance, but then there is such natural variation anyway, who would know?

As far as genitalia goes, obviously they won't be able to achieve erection and ejaculation, but beyond that, I don't know.

  5. Transmen are real men!

Maybe if you hadn't used such offensive wording, I would think you weren't a troll and actually answered.

  6. Depends on their surgeries and how well their bodies took to the hormones....

But I'll be honest with you, there's no difference between a transman and a "real man" as transmen ARE real men... just they have some alternative biology to those born in traditional male bodies.

When all is said and done, you probably couldn't pick a man who had transitioned out of a line of other men on the best of days. Human beings come in all shapes and sizes.
