Any one who has not be vaccinated is at risk if have not had you are at risk.

Fever, headaches, and sore throats are most common they are the first signs. Takes around 14-16 days to get some if not all the symptoms after being around someone with such virus. The next 2-3 weeks the spots become frim and fill with pus, then scab over, scabes fall off in about 3-4 weeks and leave pitted scars. This can be spread by sneezing, couching, laughing  or being to close to a person when breathing or from personal items and bedding, contact with any scabes on or off the body. There is no knowen cure. If any one survived this they never can get again.

Smallpox, causedby the variola virus, can cause life threatening illness, and often results in permamnent scarring of the tissue.

Smallpox is no longer present on the planet, except in a couple of laboratories, while chickenpox is worldwide.
