Difference between these 2 headers?

i really have no idea what the difference is between these 2 headers... 1 is 30$ more expensive... 1 says "TS-HE-ME00L4-C" and the other says "TS-HE-ME00-V4". can somebody help please? here's a link

I looked and the only thing that jumps out at me is the fact that the me00-v4 looks like it would flow better due to the longer collector pipes before it reduces to a single pipe.It looks like more of a tuned header pipe than the other one.
