Difference between year and ?

Question

I am happy to see you in a year. Is this correct?

I want to tell my friend( I haven't seen her for a year so it's been a year I haven't seen her. She came back in a year.) that I am happy to see her in a year. How would I say this?

I am happy to see you within a year?
