Differences and information between Rhapsody and iTunes radio?

I have been listening to iTunes web radio for a while and by chance I found Rhapsody at :

http://www.rhapsody.com/channels

Rhapsody is a safe site to listen web radio music?

Any information about it helps.

I listen to both as well. Rhapsody even sends me e-mails but just to busy. I do like Rhapsody over ITunes though.
