A lot of times I am somehow confused which to use in a sentence,'being or 'been' ?

Is there anyone to give more clue about this.

Thanks.

  1. You are being (present tense)

    You have been (past tense)

It's all to do with time!

  2. Where have you BEEN?

I've BEEN to see the Queen

Are you BEING flirty with me?

I am being very nice to you!

  3. I have just 'been' to the shops.

    You are 'being' very stupid.

^^ Btw, I'm not saying these sentences to you, don't get me wrong, they're just an example. I am aware that they sound bad.
